First topic message reminder :

The teams/groups have been added so now I decided to let everyone vote on who the leader should be. You can either vote for someone or vote for yourself but provide a reason why you or that peson should be the leader for the following teams:

- Grand Line - Lead by Draox
- Vongola HQ - Lead by Torny
- Soul Society - Lead temporarily by Wiza/Zeiin
- Saiyan Planet - Lead by Rhino.Freak
- Magic Council - Lead temporarily by Mark975
- Five Great Nations - Lead by Smouk

I would, but you probably need it too:

Uses Magic the best, this is quite a hard one. Natsu is the main character so I guess him. Dragon slayers are counted as one of the strongest fighters since they have the magic to slay dragons who invented it.

These include:
Natsu
Gajeel
Wendy
Laxus
Cobra
Rogue
Sting.

But the strongest person of them all is Acnologia since he himself became the dragon king.

Also other people who know how to use magic well:
Erza
Jellal
Midnight
Zeref
Meredy
Ultear
Gilards
Mirajane

Gray is getting there, but his weak now after a certain incident in the manga he might go on that list after waking himself out thinking his at Natsu's level. Pssh . Gray is rivalries with Natsu so it's like Naruto & Sasuke but this time the main character is stronger.
