Where did I not blend. Help me out more in this.
I did use the rule of thirds. So in you're pro opinion where would you have placed the text and why?

Blending is making the render feels like it belongs with the background if u know what I mean, u can easily blend the render with bg using adjustments.
And about the text, u didn't use the rule of thirds, this is the rule of thirds: http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2012/041/b/6/_advice__the_rule_of_thirds_by_rontufox-d4pba52.png
Put the text in one of the places where two lines cross. Putting the text in the middle disturbs the focal, and draws more of attention to the text than it needs.
Hope I helped Very Happy
